The aim of this Policy is to outline South Staffordshire and Shropshire Health NHS Trusts, hereafter referred to as the Trust, commitment to tackle discrimination, promote human rights, equality and diversity, namely referred to as Dignity and Respect, for both staff and service users in all areas of employment practice and service delivery.
The Trust is committed to implementing policies and processes designed to promote Dignity and Respect in its service delivery and employment practice and to rejecting unlawful and unfair discrimination of any kind.
The Trust will ensure the Dignity and Respect needs of staff and service users are considered constructively and creatively.
