Welcome to the Trust’s Health and Wellbeing area of the website!
Here at the Trust, the Health and Wellbeing of our staff is hugely important to us and for 2016 is the focus of our 'Listening into Action' Journey. We have been listening to our staff and recognise that it is the valuable contribution that they make during their working lives, which supports our guiding principle of putting service users first, to improve their health and wellbeing.
Therefore, we want to support the health and wellbeing of our staff to help you maintain a positive Work Life Balance. Taking action on your own personal health, safety and wellbeing really does make a difference and this site aims to offer the tools, websites, contacts and information to help you explore healthy living. Through maintenance of good 'health and wellbeing' stress levels are lower, wellbeing is better and most importantly, not just our lives but our families lives improve - from a healthier, happier you!
