Welcome to to Burton and Uttoxeter Wellbeing Team's website.  The Team offers talking therapies for a variety of wellbeing difficulties such as depression or low mood; anxiety and panic; stress and worry; phobia; trauma, sleeping problems; OCD.

WAMM is a 5 week course based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

It will help you to learn better techniques to managecommon problems such as stress, depression, anxiety, low self confidence, sleep problems and panic attacks.
